Arriving in early July

Our flights are booked and we arrive on the 4th July.

 

We are about to look for short term rental accommodation. It seems people use stayz and airbnb.

 

Are there any other tips?

 

It needs to be somewhere big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids age 12, 9 and 5

 

Any suggestions most welcome.
