How can I bring my brother and sister in Australia

Hi I'm a citizen and working full time. Any procedure that I can follow for my bro n sis to bring them in here. My uncle and two cousin sis lives here as we'll with family. I feel very lonely as I just work and be home. I need some close relatives to stay with me so that I can feel comfortable. Any suggestion pls.
