Edward Carl Thirlwall grew up in Sydney in a big family of 4 boys and his father and mother. His childhood was a very enjoyable one where the kids got to experience travelling across the world. Edward himself spend many memorable holidays in Papua New Guinea with family and friends, just playing amongst the local islands and swimming in the oceans. The highlands of Papua New Guinea hold the fondest memories for him and have shaped his deep love for nature and the wilderness.

EdwardThirlwall replied to a topic in Shipping and RemovalsI've heard of 2 companies which offer pretty interesting methods of moving and removals and they have a pretty good customers service policy to boot: Boomerang Boxes - rents plastic boxes to you so that you can keep your items in safe and secure storage. They CLAIM their boxes are indestructible so that's got to be good for packing right? Platinum Removals - they say that they'll assign a dedicated coordinator to you so you can manage all the things going on on moving day. Give them a ring and find out?
Syndey House prices jump nearly 12% in a year
EdwardThirlwall replied to a topic in Real Estate and SuburbsThe same situation exists in the commercial properties up for sale or rental. A single storage facility could face sudden plunges or climbs when the market changes ever so constantly. It could get really tough at times to decide on the costs of rental of each unit imposed to customers because if we were to raise the rental fees, customers will shy away from our business. However, if we refrain from doing so, we are at a loss for the increased rental costs enforced onto us.
Sydney Property on the Rise
EdwardThirlwall replied to a topic in Real Estate and SuburbsThere are always two ways to look at a particular situation. When property prices rise, we often look at the profits an investor were to make. Another perspective is to look at it from the buyer’s point of view. When prices are on the edge, buyers tend to shy away from the market completely. They tend to wait a little longer as it is more worthwhile. Hence, some say that investors are at a losing streak when prices increase. Be it for residential purposes, or whether it is for commercial uses like storage facilities and such, it has to always depend on the situation.
EdwardThirlwall replied to a topic in Real Estate and SuburbsIt is good to seek advice from experts in this field and to personally come down and visit the places of interest before deciding on any deals. You might just be renting but you need to carefully factor in the comfort factor as well if you are intending to stay for quite some time. You need to consider the location, price, surrounding amenities, storage for your belongings and other important aspects of a property. Once you have all those that you fancy, then you know you are ready for the big change.
