Edward Carl Thirlwall grew up in Sydney in a big family of 4 boys and his father and mother. His childhood was a very enjoyable one where the kids got to experience travelling across the world. Edward himself spend many memorable holidays in Papua New Guinea with family and friends, just playing amongst the local islands and swimming in the oceans. The highlands of Papua New Guinea hold the fondest memories for him and have shaped his deep love for nature and the wilderness.
When Edward grew older, he went to study in King’s College, New York but came back after to the University of Sydney to finish his degree in Business. Now he is the owner and manager of the Eastern Suburbs Supercheap Storage facility in Sydney where he himself has a family that includes 2 gorgeous young children. Edward loves sharing his love of nature with them, and you can find them at the beach surfing and playing or in the mountains and country sides trekking and walking in the bush on their down time.

I've heard of 2 companies which offer pretty interesting methods of moving and removals and they have a pretty good customers service policy to boot: Boomerang Boxes - rents plastic boxes to you so that you can keep your items in safe and secure storage. They CLAIM their boxes are indestructible so that's got to be good for packing right? Platinum Removals - they say that they'll assign a dedicated coordinator to you so you can manage all the things going on on moving day. Give them a ring and find out?

The same situation exists in the commercial properties up for sale or rental. A single storage facility could face sudden plunges or climbs when the market changes ever so constantly. It could get really tough at times to decide on the costs of rental of each unit imposed to customers because if we were to raise the rental fees, customers will shy away from our business. However, if we refrain from doing so, we are at a loss for the increased rental costs enforced onto us. -

Another perspective is to look at it from the buyer’s point of view. When prices are on the edge, buyers tend to shy away from the market completely.
