Hi!

I have recently moved to Sydney and dont have any local experience in Australia.
most of the agencies dont even consider my resume but I was wondering: can I pay some agent so he can search for a job? I know usually agencies get paid by the employers that is why they only want to deal with experienced workers. but what if I offer say my first salary to the agent or agency? is it possible? and if so where can I go?
