Looking for a piano place to rent or a piano teacher

Hello all,

I just settled in near Sydney quite a number of weeks ago. I live somewhere in the suburbs of Narrabeen.
I'm urgently looking for a place where I could rent to use the piano for me to practice,
It will be great if someone could enclose me details of a person who teaches piano too ! (piano teacher)

I willl be very grateful for the very urgent response
