my name is Sasha. I am going to rent a flat sat at Queen Streen (Newtown) Sydney.
The landlord said to me that the area is really safty but I discovered that it's not far from Redfern. I have read that Redfern is a little bit dangerous area. Are you able to tell me something about it? It's just a rumour?
