Hotel for 3 nights
Hi Everyone. What a great place this is. Cant believe I havn't found it earlier.
I am a Sydney virgin (pardon the pun) And we are after a nice hotel for 3 nights, and ideally would only like it to cost $500 in total. Is my budget even realistic? Would also like to be staying in the city or the rocks cheers

Im afraid a $500 budget will not get you anything in the CBD or the Rocks.
It will get you a stay in a very comfy motel in many suburbs only a short distance away from the CBD, probably a 10km bus ride. Look around Balmain, Crows Nest, Ashfield, Newton, Alexandria, Mascot or any of those suburbs. Enjoy your visit

It is possible to stay in Sydney CBD at 3 star hotel, if you know L'otel.
I couldn't say how nice it is, but it’s worthy of your money.
