Default Hello From A Newbie!

Hi all,

I'm george , 42, living in london. I'm planning a visit to sydney in march next year with my girlfriend. I've previously been to oz before , Perth WA.

I was gonna book a hotel, but looking at some of the small apartments to rent ,looks like a better option.

anyway, looking forward to chatting to some of you soon.

george.

Smile Hello there...

G'day georgelondon

Renting can be a bit of a pain most (if not all) places will ask you to sign a minimum 6 month lease, and finding a good place isn't easy at the moment because we are in a rental crisis, (very few places to rent).

How long are you planning to stay in Sydney?

I rented from Waldorf apartments for 2 weeks at a charge of around AUD 800 per week (fully furnished with AC, wahser/dryer and dishwasher. TV, phone, cooking utensils and weekly cleaning/sheet changes).

The service was pretty good, and the property I was assigned to was conveniently located with bus stops right across the street.

I recommend you try them.
