I agree, you get some mad dogs walking the streets and i think they either need to be contained within your yard, or severe actions and fines result.

I love and have owned many dogs but I have never allowed them to roam the streets.

The government needs to work against it in an effective manner. It is posing a problem for everybody around. Our kids can't stay in our guidance always. Government should take some strict steps regarding this...
