Hi

I got a parking fine at 7:30 am this-morning for parking in a dis-sabled park.

It was dark when I parked on Friday night so I didn't see the sign and because it's a quiet cul-de-sac it never occured to me to check if it wasn't anything other than a normal 2 Hour parking zone.

OK so I stuffed up...but the fine is for $430!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never heard of anyone being fined that much for ANY kind of parking infringement.


Is there such thing as an Official parking fine fee list?

What do you think my chances are of (1) getting off all together and/or (2) getting a reduction on the amount payable?
