Survey: What Women Want

The Commonwealth Public Sector Union, conducts an annual survey of their female members called “What Women Want”. They time it so the publication of results ties in with International Women’s Day.

A good survey about womens nature.

Given the stats re bullying and harassment, I want to know if the Union is actually doing anything about it other than being a mouthpiece? Perhaps we, as females coping with this type of behaviour in the workplace, can get together to lobby Parliament or similar and bring that bullying behaviour out in full public view so it has to be addressed. This is a major and escalating problem within the public sector and it does not appear that anyone is actually confronting the problem and doing anything worthwhile about it. We need to pull together to address this. Anyone else think the same way?

I think that in the Work Place, most females just wish to be judged on their skills and performance, rather than their gender.

I have worked under a female Manager and i can assure you that she enjoyed greater support and loyalty from her staff, than her male counterparts.

They Only want money..nothing else

Most of the women are greedy..huh!
