Kevin Rudd recently released Labor’s plan for improving the capacity and quality of the health system across the country. The library has produced a 42 page plain language explanation of the proposal and issues, simply called “Health Reform”. "It focuses on those issues most relevant to the major reforms proposed by the Commonwealth, namely governance and funding of the health system."
